Concrete Repairs – With this parking lot holding millions of dollars of vehicles daily, it is important to make sure it is structurally sound. This job was a major renovation with many different areas needing repairs. Repairs were made to the concrete wall, curb, topping and overhead slab. Along with that, there were also a few post-tension beams that needed to be repaired, some grout pockets, and an epoxy injection that covered about 300 linear feet. Throughout the job CBSI would minimize the inconvenience to the businesses that used the parking structure as best as possible. The result is a fully restored concrete structure that will withstand the coming years of rain, heat, and cold.
